Playing and Sharing Links

You may play using the controls provided, share site pages or Same Run links, and exchange run scores yourself. Sharing a link does not grant permission to redeploy the site, republish all of its content, or use its branding to promote an event.

Local co-op runs on one device. Same Run runs independently on each device, and players exchange scores themselves. The site does not provide live rooms, refereeing, score certification, or prizes. Do not present a local record as an official result confirmed by this site.

Safe and Responsible Use

Do not attack, disrupt, or damage the website or its hosting services, attempt unauthorized access to systems or other people's data, or use site links, branding, or content to distribute malicious code, impersonate the team, or mislead other users.

When reporting a vulnerability, provide only what is needed to explain it. Do not expand testing or disclose other people's data. You can report security concerns through the contact email. These terms do not authorize bypassing access controls or conducting destructive tests.

Content and Permissions

Game code, graphics, text, and branding may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other applicable rights, which belong to their respective owners. Unless applicable law allows the use or permission has already been granted, obtain the appropriate permission before republishing, redeploying, adapting, or using the content commercially.

Ordinary links to site pages do not require a separate request. To embed the game, republish documentation, or use Ply Yard branding for an event, explain the purpose, scope, and publication location through the contact page. These terms do not limit fair use or other rights provided by applicable law.

Local Records and Game Updates

Best score is saved in the current browser only at game over, with one record across modes and speeds. Unfinished progress is not saved, and there are no accounts or cloud copies. Clearing site data, browser restrictions, or storage failures may erase records. The site cannot restore local scores from a server.

Mechanics, scoring, the interface, and available services may change. A seed does not guarantee identical enemy behavior across devices or versions, and a link is not guaranteed to preserve one sequence indefinitely. State the mode, speed, and relevant settings when comparing scores.

Availability and These Terms

Availability depends on networks, devices, browsers, and hosting services. Interruptions, delays, compatibility issues, and maintenance changes may occur. The site does not promise uninterrupted service, support for every device, or full offline play through an installed shortcut.

This page may be revised as features and services change. Review the current terms before use, and contact us below with questions about permissions, service, or these terms. Nothing here excludes or limits rights, protections, or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need permission to share a game link?

Ordinary links to site pages and Same Run links do not require a separate request. Linking does not grant permission to republish all content, redeploy the game, use it commercially, or use branding for an event. Those uses depend on permission and applicable law.

Is my best score an official result?

No. It spans modes and speeds, stays in your browser, and is not verified by a server. Same Run does not automatically compare or certify scores or guarantee identical enemies. Scores are for play and informal comparisons.

Will a seed replay the same run after updates?

That is not guaranteed. Versions, speed, playfield size, and runtime timing can affect the run. A seed is not a complete replay or save file, and the site does not promise that a link will preserve one enemy sequence indefinitely.

Can I ask about reuse or report security issues?

Yes. Use the contact email to describe your intended use or security concern. A request is not permission, and reporting a vulnerability does not authorize access, expanded testing, or disruption of the service.
